The Norwegian Maritime Museum houses all sorts of maritime artefacts.
Tourists can also enjoy a great view of the Oslo Fjord from the museum.
Visitors should most certainly make a point viewing the widescreen film
that takes the viewer on an aerial tour of the Norwegian coast. The
movie provides an excellent overview of the many tiny Norwegian settlements
located
along the country's west coast.
The museum is located near other museums on the
Bygdoy Peninsula which can be reached by
bus or ferry from Oslo.
